Kobe memorial: Everything you need to know

For Basketball fans all around the world, tomorrow will mark one of the saddest days of this year's calendar when the NBA community comes together for the Kobe and Gianna Bryant memorial.

Bryant, who lost his life alongside his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others in a helicopter crash last month, will be remembered in an official and televised memorial, similar to the likes of Michael Jackson and rapper Nipsey Hussle.

Bryant and his daughter were laid to rest in a private cemetery in Southern California on February 7.

The date, 2/24 (USA Calendar), holds a special significance to fans and the Bryant family with the Lakers legend having worn No.24 for half of his career, and No.2 representing his daughter's number in junior competition.
